I am slowly changing for the better - my Sea Change.

I've lost 18 pounds.
I meditate daily.
I walk or exercise daily.
I recognize that there are many good things about my job. I've found that I enjoy being a single person - not part of a couple. I don't have to worry about anyone else, so I can concentrate on living my best life.

And that's exactly what I'm doing - and it's just getting better and better.
